Re -- because S&P is now looking at AMD's books?

S&P is the credit rating service, which recently issued a negative credit watch on AMD. They are essentially accounting firm which look at the finances of a company, and its future prospects before issuing a credit rating.

The S&P rates debt such as the U.S Treasuries, Different Countries Bonds, and most companies.

Also Moody's another credit rating service is also looking into AMD's debt.

With $400 million of AMD's debt due in May, AMD will have to refinance this debt, and the credit watch makes it harder for them to get the money.

Re -- Engineering samples of K6-3D/100?

Do you have a URL which describes benchmarks or anything about this. I suspect that this could be rumor.
