Dear nhaynes,

You seem like a reasonable and intelligent person at times, and I am perplexed as to why you continue your ugliness and attacking manner towards Derek Allen. Asking whether or not he wore a gold cross on his left lapel is a bit crass. By the way....dare I ask what you wear on your left lapel??? Your desparate and irrational curiousity with Derek Allen is way suspect, and perhaps the authorities and the system should investigate this strange obsession with Derek Allen that you can't seem to let go of and come to terms with.

A new year has come and gone. We have strived to rid the ugliness and the attacking on this thread, and you come back and once again stir up your nastiness and your picking party with Derek Allen. Way strange, nhaynes. WAY strange.

Best Regards, though.

Cindy

Dear nhaynes,

The info you referred to in your post was just mentioned to me in passing. Don't have the slightest idea the reason for it. Just a
comment. It was probably just boasting, which, given the messenger,
would not surprise me.

Yes, I do know what "voir dire" is, and I would have to be still "wet
behind the ears" to believe in it !!!!!! If I were in your position, I would have to "protect" the integrity of the judicial system too,
although that is an oxymoron in itself.

IMHO jurors have their decisions made most of the time, before any evidence is presented !! And the belief that Judges rule the courtroom??? HA !!!!!!

IMHO a good defense is only as good as the $$$$$$$'s behind it. As you can see, I don't have a lot of respect for the system. It is really nothing more than a game once the courtroom doors are closed.
AND common sense is left outside.

My comment previously about influence was that IMHO decisions in the courtroom are made by influence, and somewhere, somehow, Bunte had that.

This company is still operating, so to speak. With no $$$'s and NO
product, HOW????????? Could INFLUENCE be playing a part?????? Or is
it more great scammers???

Would have been interesting to watch this trial, but being a LIBRA, when the scales of justice are lopsided, I have to walk away....

See you at the races,
Norma

Ms. nhaynes,

The answer is no. Derek was unable to get his schedule rearranged to attend. There was no reason to call Mr. Allen as a witness. He was not a stockholder and only brought the attention of what was going on to this thread. The State of Florida comptrollers already had the info that Derek presented here.

I am sure that the Prosecutors looked at the material Derek presented only to confirm the value of what they had. I still correspond with Derek and was really disappointed that we could not meet in person. When I thank a person, I would like to do it in person. I and a lot of other people owe him a show of gratitude, regardless of what some people say or think!!

You posted:
<<<<<His post sounded very disappointed and I can understand why after he posted so much regarding all's guilt that he was so sure of.>>>>

No one was more disappointed than people who went to Tampa to testify against this entire group of scamsters. I will never understand this Jury. Even though they thought that Klenovic was a pathological liar, there still was enough evidence that Bunte was not the bungling, naive, more that stupid dolt that he tried to portray himself.

What he did portray himself as was a smart , cunning liar that duped a jury. What he portrayed himself as was a man who should know right from wrong and did nothing to stop the wrongdoing.

Again, my thanks to Derek Allen and maybe we will still get to meet each other. This thing is not over yet.

BTW, do you know who John Roney is ?

Regards,

Ken Moss

Nhaynes:

Unfortunately, I was not able to make any of the Bunte trial, although I very much wanted to be there. I was disappointed I was not able to meet Ken Moss and others. I was there for Klenovic's sentencing, which, as you know, was delayed until later this month. I hope to be there.

You're right. I was disappointed Bunte was acquitted. I am more sure now than when I originally posted December 8, 1996: Klenovic, Bunte and Arata were all fully aware of what they were doing. I also believe others participated along the way. Now Larsen and Redden would like to perpetuate the scheme by getting their hands on whatever stolen assets are left. Meanwhile, incredulously the stock of NVID continues to trade. As I said before, what a country this is.

Excuse our ignorance. We missed the meaning of your remark, "was he [Derek]
wearing a gold cross in his left lapel?" Please explain.

Derek
