Good evening everyone, Marty has just informed me that WAVX has filed a 10QA with the SEC. freeedgar.com submit WAVX under symbol. On the next page, you will see company fillings...click there. The next page will show the 10QA. Go to the left side and click body and you will be able to gain access to the document. On briefly looking at the document, it appears that the company has raised it's losses from ~4 million dollars to ~7 million dollars. This change was in respect to their last 10Q that they had submitted to the SEC last year. **Would someone who has more time please read the document more carefully and submit a report to the rest of us on the thread.*** NOTE....This appears to simply be a adjustment to the numbers as of Sept 1997. Obviously, many things have happened since the end of the year. PLEASE DO NOT LOOSE SIGHT OF THE MAJOR RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN REGARDS TO THIS COMPANY!!! Sincerely, Jas
