Actually, the land is in strips. The land is 180 feet wide. The center 140 feet belong to PG&E. I don't want any of taht. It's the 20 feet of Sunnyvale land - which directly abuts my parcel from front to back and divides me from PG&E's actual property - I want. I'd fence it and plant a nice tall hedge therein - a sort of acoustic and visual barrier. Out of sight, out of mind. (All I need to do is get out of sight, and I'm two-fer-two.)
Trouble is, I hear the city is trying to work a deal where Parks and Recreation gets a package deal on the land. That must be part of the resistance I'm encountering.
