Absolutly right RON. Convertible Debentures are destructive. Many times they will short the sh*@!$t out of the stock and buy back at the rock bottom. Its like hanging the old carrot out in front of the hungry horse, weak companies will jump at the opportunity only to realize later it was a big mistake. The key is to have it properly written.
