There may be a slight delay in the BK action. The OPEC talks came in at 1.5 mil BPD but the traders were looking for 2 mil. The latest figures show refineries in the USA bought every barrel they could get their hands on during the last downswing, effectively giving us the highest all time reserves on record and filling up available storage. Word is oil will stay low until next year and the market will love this coupled with the Big Bang. AG may not be forced to raise rates if oil stays low, therefore fueling the bubble towards an eventually bigger collapse. Sound logical?

CL,

From what I see, the back of the trend moving up from Nov 1997 was broken. That being said, there is no indication the market will BK or even not go higher... if I am right, we should know this week whether we will have a BK soon.

WG300 Computer-Systems looks like it is making a double top
versus February and versus September '97.

The group is also as overbought as it was in January '92, and I'm
guessing, the summer of '83 (don't have group data going back that far). Both times the techs had a serious correction (slow erosion),
although the rest of the market held up ok.
