Perry, the Miami office, as I understand it, has already been placed with branch manager, and office space is being sought. From what I understand, the office opening was delayed due to a repositioning of resources into bigger things. 1)The finance division was also mentioned in pr around the same time that the Miami office was mentioned. 2)The finance division was up and running in November, and produced $340k in profit during the 1Q '98 (by the way, almost as much as ATXI for all of 1997). 3)Myriad was never mentioned until January. If as a shareholder, you could choose Myriad or Miami, which one would it be? No brainer. 4)Financials are done from what I understand. How can one guestimate down to the 4th decimal point? 5)Financing division is a big return. 6)Myriad acquisition (w/in one week) is a big return. 7)MD show, already recouped cash outlay, is a big return. 8)ATXI, when it happens, is also a big return.
