HARDROCKER: your recent postings re tgs&co.are MASTERPIECES. I(and several others) endorse and support YOUR comments almost in in their entirety as relates to tgs et al. tgs's credentials are indeed excellent as is his knowledge. As a consequence ther seems to an ever growing number of occasions from which I can only conclude that a different hat is being worn when full disclosure answers appear to be hidden behind smoke screens--- taken out of context ,appear to be red herrings, errors of omissions or not really related to questions. For some time now I have been trying to prepare a quality document that address these concerns. In this particular case these feelings are totally based on the fact that there is virtually nothing that they do not know or have ready access.Can to much ability be counter productive because illusions are sooner or later smoked out

tgs, Yes. AGTI was named in the Patent infringement suit filed by FourtuNet, Inc. back in November 1996. Is this suit still active? Also, can you share any additional light regarding the GMTC shareholder suit? K & B and now possibly AGTI are under current investigation by the Texas Lottery Commission (bingo regulator) for violations pertaining to stock ownership. Yes, I recall your mentioning this the other day. I assume that neither GMTC nor Trend Gaming are under any sort of investigation, TX or elsewhere? BTC and K & B are now officially at war. ....with one another, not with AGTI, I understand? Cutthroat sales practice is not very specific. I don't disagree, but I will not be more specific than that, as I explained before. Code of ethics. Then again, there's your recent and prolific appearance on this thread. Please don't take this personally, but I do have a pet expression in business affairs: a shark is only dangerous when you fail to respect the fact that it's a shark. Another new poster voiced his nod of approval for your presence on this AGTI thread last week, and verified that you are who you say you are. "Shaquapa", I believe is the SI handle.
