Dan, 2 and 5 do not conflict. I never stated that anyone was selling with Joe's permission. I stated that Joe knew that Charles had put money into CC Canada. I did not state that Joe knew that Charles had sold shares to put the cash in. It sounded like he found out after the fact from Morrow that Charles had sold the shares. I am also not saying that Charles had sold the shares with the intention of putting that money into CC Canada. Just, that it was what happened. Bruce
