Jan......I haven't gotten back to you on your DMI formula until now because of illness and workload, but I am intrigued by it. I've set it up as you posted it, and then put a clone on top of it using 13,5 parameters instead of 34,13. What appears to occur is that the two indicators may be used for confirmations with your indicator's momentum above or below 50 indicating the strength of a potential move. The shorter indicator is more of a short term trading vehicle with little strength indication, but when both are peaking above 79 or below 21 AT THE SAME TIME, it looks like pivot points have been reached in most of the cases. The false signals (I've found a very few) still alow you to get out without losing too much.
