Well Bonnie, I see that Nikeii didn't make it to 17,000, and S&P is up 2. So much for those theories, so far at least.

Businessweek this week says "Goldman would probably
do an IPO of about 15% of the firm, raising roughly
$3.3 Billion." The selling price for GS was given
as around $22 Billion, based on 3.5 times book value.
