The reason the bid/ask dissapeared was there was a crossed market.... the highest bid was .58, the lowest ask was .56. The next trade above the lowest ask was .59, but the stock ran out of juice to get to that print, and it softened back to .56. I have a level two and see what goes on throughout the day. No big deal, it happens more than you think. Also, bid and ask prices change all the time. Just because the lowest bid is lets say .45, you would be suprised how quick the MM's run from a falling stock price. The inverse is usually aslo true, they love to sell you stock when you come buyin big. They don't have it to give you, but the odds favor them. The stock will usually go lower after big volume, and they cover then. I watch it all day long. This happens in MSFT, INTC and all OTC stocks. Its a traders strategy.

I agree. Something is definately in the works. Word on the street is that this is the big undervalued play. I mentionned this in my first post on this board. More importantly, the fact that the Bemer software will be availbale to TPII implies contracts will be in the works. Again, I re-interate that the balance sheet impressed me. For a company exiting the pre-operating stage, this company is standing pretty in regards to little debt. This impresses me as the company has leverage in reagards to financing. Furthermore, once the contracts start to roll in, the cash flow will improve. Like I said in my previous posts, once the stock breaks .49, it is straight up. Now, off the topic, I hope some of you have done due dilligence on KMGG. Word on the street is that this company is heading North. This Thursday, the company is meeting with 100+ new investors. I don't know what that will imply, but if the certs are called in, the float will be reduced and the stock will rocket. I am calling for over $2 by next week. Friday's 800K volume day is an indication that something is brewing there. But, I have been wrong before....Meanwhile, GO KMGG AND TPII!

Ice Cube is exactly correct. The bid/ask was crossed (meaning the bid price was higher than the ask price) for a short time when Herzog (HRZG) suddenly jumped the bid price to .587 while the ask price was .560. When this happens, the bid/ask prices disappear unless you have a Level II screen to see the actual positions of the market makers. Either Herzog was trying to force the ask price to .590 or he just had his head up his butt for a moment which is what I expect happened.

P.S. Watch TGSK this morning - highest volume in its history and a nice run yesterday.
