Mornin', Penni.

I'm opposed to a park for two reasons.
1) It's not such a big parcel of land, and it's surrounded on all sides by road or residences. A park is at best a neutral feature, and at worst a place that attracts petty criminals. And our police has already spoken out on what it'll take to get them involved.
2) Pure self-interest. If a park is approved, I lose any chance at buying/leasing the city-owned strip, the 20 ft. next to my lot. I'd love to snag that.

Mudding, huh? Do any of these bored young bikescum get caught?
