Getting back on the NASDAQ small cap list is much more difficult than being listed there in the first place.

JJ please don't take this the wrong way because it has more to do with ABMI than your question.

How realistic is it to discuss ABMI making it back to the NASDAQ small cap list?

I feel like it is so far away from relevant reality that I have never even stopped to wonder about it. However I know others do and I have been told that the stock will have to trade over $4 first for a significant period of time.

I follow several other BB stocks that are looking to find that small cap list. TAVA is very close but even TAVA at $13 a share has had only one positive earnings quarter in recent memory. So before I would worry about seeing ABMI on the NASDAQ small cap list again we need to see real earnings and a $4 stock price.

American BioMed had debt down to wonderfully low levels and is a great little company but it's got a long way to go before we see that small cap list again.

But hey look at TAVA!

$13+ a share and we are still waiting for the next quarter with real earnings!

And they could make the list any day.

Go ABMI!
