Sounds like a real ordeal, someone else earlier on this thread related a similar horror story. People need to start filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency until they can no longer ignore the situation. AOL had a similar "problem" where a class action suit was brought against them for overbilling. Bill must live in a total vacuum if he thinks Microsoft listens to its customers!
