Hot damn, I think I've got it. Knew the darn thing would not defeat me forever. Okay, after you download the software, unzip and save it to a work directory file like C:/temp or something like that. Then go to your file manager, find your work file and click on the right mouse button, select install and voila. You may have to reboot your computer to get it to work. Also, the instructions are on the Readme file, that you download along with the Netshow software. Its not very clear, but it may help. If you have any questions, just ask me. Okay ROFL, thanks for the advice about the hankys, Now, you know I will probably cry, seeing what a softie I am. :) Carol
