Thanks for the question John,

FLSHF does not pay SNDK royalties for the kind of product
concerned in the MSFT deal. In fact DiskOnChip (DOC) is very proprietary to FLSHF. It's a wonderful prodcut.

As to the others impacts I think that it is not neutral and that it
could well be positive. Even though no royalties are paid to SNDK.

Indeed, DOC is used to store the OS and other applications like
pocket Word, Excel,IE or Netscape on your gizmo,...whereas CF and MMC are used to store DATA you process using these applications. So if DOC helps foster the growth of mobile offices like HPCs PalmPCs, CarPCs
and Smart phones, it will be good for CF and MMC. This also means higher growth prospects for SNDK.

Just my humble opinion of course. I'll have more on this later if I have the time...
