There is a runup and good volume it is most likely a partner as you suggest. This is a small company and last year they spent time to protect or give some advantage to stockholders as regards to a takeover I always consider this in companies that are small and on the move.

Why do you feel DUSA is going to $20? Do they have blockbuster drugs in their pipeline?
