Audited financials WERE released, just not put in a press release because they weren't good. I think you meant to ask: When is the Form 10 going to be filed?

And while it's nice to say the stock is about double what it traded at the end of October, this is nothing like the company that existed at the end of October.

At the end of October, there was no LPS, no oil/gas venture, and Class V approval for 7500 bbls per day was being sought. We now have Class V for 15000 bbls per day, approved and signed by the Gov, eight gas wells under consideration for drilling, LPS, and an expanding Ad Hatters...I think a double in price is pretty poor, if you ask me.

What is even more disappointing is that about a year ago, pre-everything with Uinta oil and gas draining the company, and minimal revenues from Ad Hatters, the stock was trading over 12 times the level we're at now!!

I know that Mike Millis follows this thread, and I'm sure
that he is fully aware of our concerns regarding the 10K filing.

However, I am sure that he is somewhat reluctant to engage in
speculation about the company's future, as his word tends
to be interpreted as gospel by CSMA hopefuls/hype-fulls. My guess
is that Mike cringed when he read your suggestion of directly
quoting him on this thread, and I would assume that all that
he is willing to divulge is publicly circulated information
and substantiated facts. I wouldn't expect him to indulge in
"what ifs" or even projected timetables for expected developments,
as a failure to appear on time has a definite backlash effect.
So, don't hold your breath expecting Mike to say that the 10K
will be definitely released on the XXth of XXXXX or to make any
other WAGs about CSMA's development.

I don't mean to discourage Coco-nuts from contacting a valuable
source of information, but do keep in mind the limitations of
what Mike can and can't say.

As for coalescing long term investors in CSMA, count me in. I've
seen a 400% profit come and go without selling 1 share, much
to the chagrin of my wife. But, I didn't want to be caught shareless
on the day that these $0.50/100% swings become mere laughable
memories, and CSMA becomes C$MA. There's serious buck to be made
here folks... time, SEC filings, gas, mortgages, smelly boots and
chicken fat pending.

Keeping the faith brothers and sisters,

Durro
