OK, now you force me to recount details from memory (gg). I think the deal was that when ML assessed their progress over two years using PTUS' tools they realized they were way behind schedule. They then brought in... I think... CCD On-line. Yes, it may have been foot dragging more so than PTUS' tool being bad. Actually, I've never heard that PTUS had a bad tool, only that it was hard to use and relatively inflexible. But this, if true (and I'll confirm it tomorrow), would be further evidence why outsourcing Y2K to a reputable vendor is the best way to go, IMO.
