Yes, Stefan, it's a confirmation signal. There are many occurrences where StochRSI(14)crosses 30, however, alot of these fizzle, so there needs to be a confirmation mechanism to screen those that will have more staying power. Stoch(13,8,8) plotted as one curve doesn't go down to 30 as often; when it does, however, often it will signal a big move if other factors like money flow and volume look good.
