Please don't think I'm trying to be critical, but you have given us a perfect example why calling Joe is NOT the best way to get answers to our questions. First, you were not able to get all the information which was sought, probably because Joe was not prepared to answer the questions. (He couldn't remember details or never knew details). Second, it's difficult (impolite) to really insist that you be given a full and complete answer. Third, Joe actually is too busy to hold our hands individually. Often, when I ask questions on this thread, it is not so much that I really expect answers. The questions are often intended to raise issues which I believe need more discussion by folks on this thread and get us thinking about stuff we may not have thought about before. Also, I realize that in the grand scheme of things, some of the questions I ask are inconsequential. If Joe delivers the goods in the end, who cares about all the other stuff? George E.
