Good Morning David,

It should be today. Bean counters can really dig into a deal like this. The idea being to take the information (confirmed by the company) and attempt to build an earnings model.....based on conservative estimates of sales, margins, overhead, etc.

The moment we have contact....I will let you know. And my hardcase should be arriving today. So I'll get to kick it around.

Very suspicious trading yesterday. I believe I can get some help figuring it out....I will be using up a favor......but I think it is critical....as we have a lack of expertise on this thread in this area...IMO. The trades around 1:00 pm yesterday need to be looked at. They seem to be reported as sales, when they were really buys....and then they vanish from later trading logs. Very strange.

I think all of this stuff will be tested soon. BANY seems to be turning things around and getting set up for a good run. The next things out will have impact, I'm sure. And the buying should continue. I think folks are getting more comfortable with the company's ability to do what they say they can do......and BANY is picking up longer term shareholders. The last month or so has really seen BANY expand it's base of shareholders.

David,

FYI.......IDP and Packard Bell are already going BANY......Dynamic Decisions is the new subcontractor to decide to use BANY. The strength of the product line here can be leveraged...IMO.

Dynamic Decisions joins International Data Products (IDP), another Section 8-A Minority Owned Business, Packard Bell and Hughes Data Systems as a general contractor in Desktop V. Banyan has already been named a Desktop V supplier of hard-sided protective carrying cases for both IDP and Packard Bell, and has already commenced initial Desktop V shipments of its DoubleCase NB-1000 and DoubleCase NB-3000 series products to these two general contractors. Based on initial projections, Banyan will begin supplying Dynamic Decisions with a limited quantity of its DoubleCase NB-1000 series product in April 1998. Following these initial shipments, Dynamic Decisions retains the right to vary its purchases to include any combination of products from the entire DoubleCase product line. At the height of Desktop V, Dynamic Decisions anticipates needing up to 1,000 hard-sided protective carrying cases per month from Banyan.
