Jan, I basically do the same thing as you except don't have the Quotes Plus part. I like to use ADX,DI+, DI-, Money Flow and some other junk for confirmation, but don't use OBV. After I get my possibility list, I just move into a chartist approach to find the best ones. I also look for the cheaper ones for better percentage plays and stay away as much as possible for stocks under $5. Sorry I couldn't add anything.

Here is my little filter for finding a stock that went up in the last 5 days:

CLOSE > Ref(CLOSE,-1) AND
Ref(CLOSE,-1) = LLV(CLOSE,5)

Pretty basic, but can show changes at support areas.

mine is simple, as I am

each night I run about 200 charts, 6 months, with 30-7-3 day MA

each weekend run 400, one year, 90-30-10 MA

just old fashioned eye ball of them

if I find any I like I do some additional T/A and update my brain on the F/A

that's it

KISS for my old brain

thanks for your response

how about posting 1-3 of your best suspects from time to time?

Jan, I noticed you use AIQ and if you have EDS, there was an interesting formula in the AIQ Opening Bell on testing for Trend Score. I've just started following the formula, but it looks like it may have possibilities.
The EDS formula is:
TS if[TS]>90.
DTS if [DTS]>25.
Allworks if TS and DTS.
Regards,
Clay.
