Has anyone else read through the 10K?

I've eyeballed it and except for the legal suits and the fed's recent
action, nothing struck me as out of the ordinary.

But I'm not an expert at reading 10K's and would love to hear
anyone's take.

Yeah, and at one time, RK was the standard for refractive surgery.

Concerning LCAV, think about it. 36M shares outstanding, procedure growth the slowest of all the public laser center outfits (except maybe VISN), and much further from profitability than LVCI.

Maybe you have amorous feelings of your own... :o)
