Can any experienced investors/traders discuss general patterns when a stock is added to the S&P 500. Based on the technical aspect only, should we expect a minor pull back from the new highs, after a day or two? Thanks.

P.S. PaineWebber reiterated their buy rating today, sticking with a price target of $45 (I am not sure of the time frame of that target)
