Grant- a couple of the various pieces of this release could be found in various trade journal articles and a couple news releases that have been put out in the past 6 months. What is new, I believe, is that the NET+ARM NCC version is now available in mass quantities for these printer and print server manufacturers. Also new is the quotes from a few of them expressing their excitement about the chip.

Also notice that the press release is from Chicago, where the Embedded Systems Conference just began today. This press release should turn a lot of heads and draw a lot of attention to Osicom's Booth when you consider the names that are implemmenting the chip into their products.

Basically, the release wraps all the names and quotes from some very heavy hitters in the industry into 1 press release which is likely strategically designed to draw attention to them in Chicago. Plus they are saying "now available!" With this many printers behind them, it also looks as though they are trying to get the point across that NET+ARM NCC is becoming a standard in the printer/print server industry.
