Hi Lanac,

Welcome to the thread.

Well the only answer I can give you about Intel being down is it's one of the most manipulated and watched stocks out there. We also call it the Rodney Dangerfield of stocks - NO RESPECT. I agree about KO, but with stocks its all in the perceived value. It may also have something to do with the fact that Warren Buffet owns 2 million shares of KO and lots of people follow him.???

This is real time, so up 1/4 isn't great but still up.

Good afternoon Lunac,

Welcome to the thread, it is great having you aboard. Don't worry about your Intel. It just moves at its own pace, but over any long term period, it always makes us all happy. That is why we are still around. It has given us all lots of bumps along the way. There have been many times where it would have been easy just to give up on it, but we didn't and we are all glad that we didn't.

I hope all is well with you and have a great day.

*******************************GO INTEL**********************

Health, Happiness and Prosperity to you,
Margaret

KO vs INTC, I own them both and am happy with them both.
However, you may want to check out a copy of KO most recent annual report. In it you can clearly see that there is a tremendous amount of growth that still lies ahead for KO.

Lanac. Ko with a PE of 50 compared to Intel about 20.

I am an Intel investor also. Maybe KO has a higher PE because when you bring a coke home and drink it, it's gone for good. When you bring a cpt home with Intel inside you can't drink it up so you keep it a little longer. gg. Somehow the market still looks on Intel as a commodity and therefore gives Intel a lower PE.

Sonny

Ianac... Coke can grow for 100 Years

Coke has barely penetrated China, India, Indonesia, and Russia. These are four of the seven most populated countries in the world. The other three are the U.S., Japan, and Brazil.
