UPDATE ON AUDITED FINANCIALS: They're done. I just spoke with Dr. Phan. They're trying their best to get it out the door today. They're waiting for the official statement from the auditor. He told me that the worst case scenario is that the press release will be out tomorrow. And they're looking good! Matty Gregg

Looking over at Edgar Online(as I'm sure many of you already have), I took a look at the NT-10K. Date: March 27, 1998 By: /s/ Alan V. Phan --------------------------------------- ----------------------- PART IV (3) Explanation The Company's loss from operations for the year ended December 31, 1997 will approximate $350,000, subject to final auditors adjustments, as compared to $1,579,000 for the corresponding period in 1996. They're taking a loss, albeit an incredibly MINOR one compared with two years ago. I talked to someone who just got off the phone with Alan Phan and he said that if you take away the one time prices for acquiring these companies, then the company itself made a heluva profit. He also expects this company to be worth a great deal more in the coming months, and that an acquisition is nearly completed. That acquisition will be done by April 15. Matty Gregg
