Offie, more speculation. IF those things ever did occur they are in the past and have no relavance to the merger that is happening now. Grow up and get a life and stop investing so much time into a security that you have no financial investment in.

How did I do?

IMO,I think that they could follow to the individuals to the new company, but I am not a legal councel.

Not Material means, in this case, trivial, its just a nice way of saying it. OOOH Offie stupendous work. Liabilities travel with a company unless a contingency fund is set aside to satisfy them and then they can be severed from the company's balance sheet.
