This is a great looking company which has already proven they can make money. Now they just need to keep progressing in the right direction, which I believe they will after conversations with management. I also believe they are sincere in their statements regarding the O/S and float. Of course every investment involves risk, but GWTR looks to have alot of upside potential. Looking forward to the coming days, weeks, and months with Global Water. Mick Orgas
