James, Joe, Grupo (& anybody else I may have offended by the time this is read) -- I'm sorry I upset you and sorry I chose the analogy I did. By way of rationalization, some of what I said came from being in a hurry to get out the door and some due to the general level of frustration raised as a result of the Zwebner's activities and the lack of adequate answers to date. Although my analogy may have been poor, in no way did I intend any disrespect for Joe. I hold him in the highest esteem. Rather, the point I was trying to make is I think it's false for people to equate DD to calling Joe -- that was the statement Lou had made and the one I was responding to. [I know, I know: Lou knows there's more to DD than that but that's not what came through when I read it (and some emotions came into play)]. So if there was a reflection to be made on anybody, it wasn't on Joe, it was on the people that take his time. I know we're on different wavelengths about this but my position shouldn't surprise anybody since you've seen it before, e.g., at the following address: Message 3811035 I agree with James in that Joe IS DCI but in some ways that's probably unfortunate -- e.g., if he's the only one with the answers. I also agree with Joe (Medsker) in that communicating with the company is one valid form of DD. Somebody from the company definitely needs to convey a certain level of information but I think it's really unfortunate if it can't come from someone other then the CEO! Dan
