There is a problem on the Internet. There is a break just beyond Canet which leads into the United States. Because of this break, there is numerous problems on this backbone. NAQ accepts responsibility when it is our problem, but we cannot be responsible for the whole Internet. There is nothing we can do about this backbone break.
