Max,
Try to think about the trading in ANY stock as a mystery. While you can make informed assumptions, trying to truly understand the movement in any stock is like trying to divine water.
That being said...
The trade could have been someone in for a quick profit...
15,000 shares will make you good money on a 1/4 point move.
It could have been a short seller. Could have been a mutual fund, could have been a day trader.
ALL kinds of scenarios could apply.
ONE thing to think about in trading-is it going up? Or is it going down?
A bit of advice: this stock is prone to spikes on rumors followed by retracement to 5/below. It's a money maker if you can play it.
