As usual you are missing a lot. Mendocino which is part of the Celeron family, is supposed to have an on chip 128K L2 cache, and is due out in Q3/Q4.

Also the PC world benchmark, measures "business" benchmarks. The Celeron is intended for home use (how many home users use Excel spread sheets and need a cheap PC). The PC world benchmark does not measure 3D, graphics and games and Web browsing, for which the Celeron will come out ahead, with the AGP graphics support.
