I am not sure I get fuzzy comfy feelings from page 15:

a. "... the Company expects some significant new programs to begin ramping up in 1998 ..."

b. "... several existing programs are nearing completion..."

c. "Previously, the Company expected some of the new programs to begin to ramp up production in the first quarter ... will not begin to ramp up until the second or third quarter.... "

a = hope
b = certain
c = more hope, delayed, and subject to more delays

So it may be a wild guess where we are really going this year. True, the most uncertain part of the year is now behind us and some good news should be coming along soon, so I do not want to get all gloomy at this juncture. But based on what we have been told, there is as much room for disappointment as there is for pleasant surprise. That is what the current stock price is telling us. If the news turns out to be good, this stock could sparkle; if disappointing - well todays price says that buyers and sellers are already not overly optmistic so maybe not much will happen.
