Ed,
I couldn't agree more. VTSS usually presents opportunities for both the shorts and longs.

gda,
Until such time as VTSS's book-to-bill drops or margins erode at a greater pace, I won't lump this company with all the others in the semi industry.

The explosion in bandwidth that is happening places a VTSS in a unique situation within the industry. We won't see VTSS explode like we did in 1996 and 1997 but I do think there is significant upside left.

I still think that over the next 12 to 24 months this company will greatly reward those who hold the stock long. But we all know that my opinion won't have any effect on this stock.

Good luck to all,
Michael

Hi Ed,
What the heck, I always enjoy a bit of good old fashioned bragging! Here's my brag sheets on VTSS:

execpc.com

I owned VTSS (about 1000 shares) for a year before I got comfortable with it and then bought a bunch more in early 1995. Sometimes we just get lucky!!:-) I'd have made more money if I'd stayed fully invested, but that's not my M.O. since I'm retired.

This account has grown from modest beginnings to become one of my larger holdings. The cash pays interest in place of the stock's lacking a dividend. Hope you like the pretty pictures!! :-)

Best regards, Tom
