This Company needs a new PR person, whoever is in charge, is doing a extremely bad job and should be replaced, their ultimate stupidity was releasing 13 new contract announcements all at once, if the PR person released them in a timely matter over a two week period, say 2 contracts every two to three days, this stock would now be in the high 30's instead of in the doldrums, this has got to be a very good buying opportunity.....
