Hi John,

Great DITCH! I don't think that Citibank want to throw their money away and our Doctor should shows them his business to get the credit. By the way, according to the S8 only 13M shares are registered and paid for the services that ADGI gets from different parties. I cannot cut and paste the detail from the S8 to this post.
It's to early to say anything about 350M shares authorized, let wait until after the quarter earning posted.
