I will say this, NAMX desperately needs to hire someone to handle shareholder questions. Not a new revamped IR department, but simply an honest company official that is knowledgeable about the company and its business. Maybe Mr. Ziller can fulfill this role, but something drastically needs to be done.

I can't reply for Tony Healy, but the timing also makes me wonder whether the
auditors have turned up an issue.

I certainly wouldn't jump to any conclusions. As far as we know, the audit could have simply been another fabrication by Ebeling. Company simply stated in one of their releases that they anticipated becoming a full 12g reporting company. They also stated that they had
retained Deloitte & Touche for professional services. This is certainly one of those tricky press releases. One could infer, that D&T would be auditing NAMX's books for '98 year. But, the company never actually said it. It seems that you could infer quite a few things from the releases that actually weren't the whole truth. Since Ebeling was in charge of public relations, I would suspect him of putting out the releases. But, Stamm and the others certainly would have had to read those releases. Quite confusing..

So the concensus is that Ebeling is a low life and Dr. Stamm is a (genious)prince?

I don't think people know enough about Stamm to make any sort of generalization about him.

Well, I will let Ebling, and his actions speak for him/themselves.

As to Stamm being a genius prince?? Hummmmm. I personally have no evidence that a Dr. Stamm has anything to do with this company. I have never spoken with him, or seen a picture of him. Phil Curry, on this thread, claims to have actually spoken with him. I spose I believe him.

Did you all know that baseball season opens today!!

"...And it's the bottom of the ninth, and Stamm is at the plate... ...the count it no balls two strikes... ...and heeeeres the windup... ...and the pitch! ..."
