That was on Jan 29,1998 and 62 days latter we are going to loose several million dollars for the Quarter. What is several million? If revenue for last quarter was 20.6 million and you report that you expect to be 20 to 25 % below last quarter that means you will be 4.12 million to 5.15 million under last quarter. To me that is more then Several. If all cost remained the same as last Quarter we stand to loss a min. $.10 per share and I expect it will be higher.What makes things even worse, news like this will keep the price down and add to the sell side supply. This could also increase the number of shares by as much 10 million in the next quarter adding to dilution. When I was in Calif last Dec. I spent a few hours talking to Mr Hessler and Mr Greico and I was impressed with them and what they had to say about Quarterdecks future. My impression has changed. If this company can't make money with all the positive comments that are being made about it's software them something is wrong big time wrong. Quarterdeck has said they have hired the best marketing and advertising personal. Well the best don't loose you 20 to 25 % in revenue. I hope that investor relation or someother person at Qdek. reads this Thread,and gives it to Mr Hessler As you can tell I am one very unhappy shareholder.
