It appears that nextel is consolidating a base in the 32.75 range. This will continue until whatever loose stock remaining is drawn out, then the leg up to 36 should continue. This leg should be complete by the announcement of the first quarter add ons which I believe is going to be very close to your original number of 400,000+.
With the resolution to the upside on a stream of very good news, the old high of 55 is almost a certainty before the end of the summer.

This according to Briefing.com: "NXTL: Lehman Brothers reduces price target on wireless communication services provider from $29 to $25 a share due to estimates of debt levels growing faster than enterprise value, diluting equity value; now forecasts debt level to reach $7.1 bln at year-end, vs old estimate of $4.8 bln; maintains "neutral" rating on stock....."
