Why didn't Cisco acquire Cascade, especially they have equity investment in it, but to sell it and acquire Stratacom later?

If we can close the week at 40 or above (which I believe we will) I think it will be very a very positive sign for the stock. Not counting a takeover I think we will se 50 sooner then I thought, I'm banking on June or July at the latest.
