Patrick,

The interest rates are down substantially, but the economic reports were only so-so, some parts friendly and other parts not so friendly.

The MAY futures on CRUDE is down 37 cents, and heard on CNBC that many do not feel that the oil plan will stick. I guess every bit of bad news is being discounted. That is dangerous.

We all know that Greenspan will not increase rates today, but what if he gives a warning. I understand that some feel he should cut rates and that could already be priced in the market, so if he comes out with a warning to increase rates that would be like a double whammy, since some feel that he would decrease rates.

Patrick, I don't think this market will rocket up, but will move up until early next week, unless something comes up. This market needs a little slap from Greenspan.
