From what little I remember of Wilder he is a Futures trader. I used to write a lot of covered calls but no longer. It's okay with rock solid stocks but I've seen too many techs break down hard. Wilder must be talking about trading the ZO, a zero contract on the CBoT. I'm not certain if there is a relationship to stock, as sometimes bonds as stock couple and move lockstep and other times they decouple and diverge. I don't have an interpretation, I'm afraid.
