Does anybody out there know the status of Mork's suit against Zapara? Last I heard, Zapara had filed a motion to dismiss, but I can't recall anyting after that. P.S. Riley, I would buy a lot of what you said in the prior post about making a "command decision" not to trade, except for the fact that everytime I called the company, I was told that that they are doing everything in their power to start trading. Something doesn't add up.
