Ron, I really have no idea about how many shares would possibly be issued to a strategic partner. Cash could be infused in the form of out of the money warrants, stock, licensing, etc to a partner. Being that Par is the company's biggest shareholder, I would think that he would do what is in the best interest of the shareholders. One thing that I've been told is that preferred convertible issuance is absolutely the last option they would consider.

The company definately has the goods and it clearly makes sense to consider likely scenarios. I'll dig around and see what kind of feedback I get.
