Does anyone know about Tpii. The stock is up .20 to .76 the last time I checked. Is this a real y2k play? If it is why is it so cheap?

Jeff CCD has an amazing tool.I saw a demo last week in Denver at a seminare held by Logix, who was reasently bought out by ATEC. Start to finish, they can do 1 million lines of code per month with only one trained programer. Logix also said they got a great deal on the licence, and they are using it on eight clients.
