Fahnstock has been on the ask all day.... They operate differently from these other BB MM's as they are a bigger player. At their firm, the trader can hold a short for almost as long as he/she wishes. In fact, sometimes years. The other firms won't let the traders hold a losing position for very long. Its their internal policy. The point being that I would feel a lot better if FAHN was not on the ask, however, they could just be working a retail order. We'll see...
