I heard her on CNBC about a week ago. She said
at current interest rates the fair market value
for the Dow was 9500. She also believed that
interest rates were 1/2% too high, and if they
dropped the Dow fair market value would be higher.

Could she have changed her position so quickly?
Of course she could if her model told her so.
But if she did, it should make the news and we'd
all know about it. I'll listen carefully for awhile.
